Justyna personally performs every session. She adapts the pressure and focus to your facial structure, sensitivity and current areas of tension.

A Focused External Kobido Flow

Every appointment begins with a short consultation. First, Justyna asks about jaw clenching, sensitivity and changes since your previous session.

Next, a warm towel compress and gentle cleansing with soft Merak facial brushes prepare the face for the massage.

A focused external Kobido flow combines lifting movements, lymphatic drainage, acupressure and relaxation techniques. Justyna gives particular attention to the jaw, cheeks and surrounding muscles. She may also use spiky massage balls to stimulate the tissues and work around areas of tension.

Specialised Intra-oral Buccal Massage

The final 20 minutes focus on specialised intra-oral massage. Justyna wears gloves and works carefully from inside the mouth. This allows her to access deeper facial muscles that are difficult to reach externally.

The technique focuses on the inner cheeks, jaw area and lower face. It helps soften muscular tension and supports naturally defined-looking facial contours.
