How it Works
• Schedule your sessions weekly or bi-weekly for best results
• Complete all sessions within 2 months
• Practice self-massage 2–3 times per week using spiky balls
• Take before & after photos to track your progress
• Stay consistent – this is where the real transformation happens

• The challenge can be purchased between 15 March and 15 April
• The package is valid 2 months from the first session
• The latest possible completion date is 15 June
• One challenge package per person
• Cannot be combined with other promotions
